I may have to blog upon that theme myself. That’s beautiful…
Ideally, they’d already know how to hold a hammer and read a blue-print. Or have access to someone who did. Inspiration is all very well and fine, but craft is what keeps the ship from, you know, sinking.
You need both, is all I’m saying.
